Really, I watch between 3-5 soccer games a week. It rarely happens. When it does, ite because the celebration took too long. Mind you, this is in a sport where there are no timeouts and the clock is always running.

Thats why I initially qualified it as "lesser extent". Celebrations are penalized in the NBA, indirectly, less than in the NFL, but certainly more than the NHL or MLB.
