like who else influences a generation yet not one of those influences can do what wayne does without sounding like he copying/paying direct homage
Like, pop smoke sounds like 50 (in a good way), you can directly see the influences and (again) in a good way pop can imitate 50 and still body it (hotel lobby, got it on me etc)
But if someone tries to imitate wayne (thug) it doesnt sound good at all.

people like to shyt on him cause, yes, he's dropped some trash/medicore albums/tapes but the quality is there. He's rapping better than/ at a comparable level with some of the ppl comonly metnioned here (nas, jay etc)
