He changed it for the worse.

Not in the top 20.

At first I felt bad for this wall of text. But then I said fukc it. The Coli is a novel.

Chapter 383839

I actually stopped listening to new music because of this change, so I am no fan of Contemporary Rap. But. For the entire industry to become your image, that's pretty fukcing huge.

Lil Wayne himself makes heat. He can spit. So I can't blame him for the wack hordes that followed.

19 MCs better than Wayne..

Skillwise I guess there's that many, but plenty of those are damn near underground rappers. Sales isn't everything, but popularity and impact mean something. So yeah, Canibus is my FAVORITE rapper ever, but I listen to that shyt by myself when I'm zoning out. Most people I know would tell me to turn his shyt off.

SOHH is Bis better than Wayne?

To me: yeah

Objectively: not

All I'm saying about the ranking is this: only so many rappers have the type career Wayne has. LL. Nas. JayZ. Busta. Dre. I'm talking: legacy shyt. Been relevant over decades and still might fukc around and make a banger now.

Respectfully, I weed out the MCs who lost it for whatever reason and got worse.

Meaning: anyone who fell into a series of wack material is crossed off my top top lists.

Edit: LL Cool J gets a pass. He made a mountain of wack shyt .. stating from the first album. His albums were like 9 snoozers and 3 BANGERS that reshaped the game. Eventually I had to give him his props. I'm talking like 1995. I finally said to myself, damn this niqqa got a whole greatest hits album of smash hits on the charts and in the streets. Them 3 good songs on each album were that good. He was in Krush Groove with the Fat Boys, Run DMC and Kurtis Blow. I was jamming some shyt of his new shyt 20 years later. Even now. I watch the Im Bad vid a couple, few times a year.
