Tupac is probably the closest to Wayne in terms of what I said. He didn't say the most complex things but overall he had it all. It's just sad his career was cut short. I wouldn't be mad if someone put pac over Wayne.
Funny enough Nas is in my top 2. I've said Nas over Wayne and I've said Wayne over Nas. But at this point it's Wayne over Nas. Nas raps like a god but he doesn't have all the qualities Wayne has.
