If you cant allow god fearing (i dont agree with this btw) honest people to take 5 or so minutes to acknowledge their existence, then why not hire 200 less morally adjusted people to complain, contaminate and steal produce. I would definitely prefer a religious person to handle my food than your average morally bankrupt american.

FOH you live with koalas 'matey' i've worked all types of retail and the amount of god fearing christians i've seen stealing merch or acting obscenely due to management/customer pressure is ridiculous. Christianity is observed as a part time religion in most of the western world. You pick it up and drop it in the church. Praying 5 times a day sounds like a different type of discipline, i know who i'd prefer handling my food.

1) I don't know about Colorado, but in Canada , if you work 8 hrs, you get 15 minute break, 30 minute lunch, and another 15 minute break...So if you are Muslim, I think that is enough time to pray to your Allah...

2) Whether it is discrimination or not doesn't really matter...It all comes down to what are the labor laws in that state, and if the Employer used the law to discriminate, that he is still protect, unless you can explicitly prove discrimination...

3) Minorities need to LEARN to follow the laws of the land...The Law is above your religion...Get with the program...
