If you cant allow god fearing (i dont agree with this btw) honest people to take 5 or so minutes to acknowledge their existence, then why not hire 200 less morally adjusted people to complain, contaminate and steal produce. I would definitely prefer a religious person to handle my food than your average morally bankrupt american.

No i'm saying 100% of those muslims fired will not be replaced with church goers and spiritual believers in christianity. Even if they replaced em with muslims that dont pray 5 times a day i would prefer the former. Just an observation from my daily life - firing these people from this kind of industry due to their religious identity seems counterproductive, ultimately.

I would say this company may have violated certain aspects of peoples rights to exercise their religion freely but lol at them being better people.

It's religious discrimination the company just opened itself up to a major lawsuit. It's discrimination based on religion all companies when they hire you have provisions affording you certain perks based on your religion of choice Christian or other.

Not the best people. But perfectly good for their job. You can split hairs and argue about what makes a person better, but a muslim thats down to pray and submit to their religion probably aint gonna fukk around with food due to that same fear/love of god. I know the m word strikes a chord in your neanderthal dna, but drop the matter. I wouldnt fire a devout muslim for praying and would prefer them to handle my food due to probability.
