I think that's what the script called for. Refn movies are boring and weird as fukk.did u see his acting
he was apart of the reason
I just seen
Only God Forgives
never heard of this before
this shyt is horrible
basically he the same character as he was in "Drive" except he gets his ass kicked
every movies he makes sucks
and he does ZERO acting
Drive is a classic.Drive is a classic.

Tatum EASILY. Dude can turn shyt to sugar like its childs playRyan Gosling, Channing Tatum, and Jake Gyllenhaal
If u had to choose a leading role for a action/suspense/drama. Who would it be? I think all 3 are in simlar lanes as far as acting goes.

So this is basically another "I've only seen Drive and Only God Forgives and suddenly think I've got his entire career figured out" thread.
Now I'm not blaming you for anything because those two have the Godling on the minimalistic acting tip, but the guy is a very diverse actor.
The guy had a nice side role in Remember The Titans, killed it as a neo-nazi in The Believer (good movie too), then there's the trifecta of indie-darlings Half Nelson, Lars & The Real Girl and Blue Valentine which feature his best performances) and besides Drive there's Crazy, Stupid, Love (rom-com with the GOAT climax before dissolving into a safe Hollywood ending), The Ides Of March with Clooney the gawd and The Place Beyond The Pines (but he plays a motorcycle stunt rider robbing banks in that one so it's almost exactly like Drive, you know).
Anyway, I love the shyt out of both Drive (modern classic, fukkwhatyouthink) and OGF as well, but I can fully understand that people don't like OGF because it's a minimalistic and down-beaten thriller that is image-driven rather than story-driven.
