A 6'1 undersized shoot first point guard is struggling. Color me shocked. The reason Steph Curry was overlooked was because he was a once a generation type of players. I look forward to GMs for years taking risks on guards who will be out of the league in 5 years.

Not even mad at Trae though. Get that money.

He got that sabo mentality he wants to make every play. What makes Curry special is he doesn't force anything and doesn't settle for 3s all game long. Trae is a average volume shooter to.
You teach that to someone in a well regulated system. I was telling people whoever drafts him is gonna have to teach him how to play within one, because OU was completely content riding his bad tendencies out to the end

I ont kno, bruh passes the eye test to me . He quick as shyt and can get any shot he wants:yeshrug:

If his projected ceiling is Steph than yeah, naw he ain't never living up to that and would be a "bust" by those standards....i think a Marbury 2.0 type career is more realistic . He gne get his numbers over time, he's just too talented not to; but it'll always be in the vain of lottery bound/barely making the playoffs type teams.

And it'll always be his teammates fault. We've seen that narrative already in full effect last year, as if Sexton didn't lead an equally inept team to a tourney victory and conference championship appearance :mjlol:. And it's already started in this thread :pachaha:

All in all, the kid gne be aite.

Quick as shyt? that comment surprised me so much I had to watch the whole highlight video, because I've never seen that from him.

And....I still don't see it. What plays are you even talking about? Give me a time stamp.

He has some nice movement with the upper body, gets bad defenders a little off-balance, but he does not look very quick to me. He's just small.

I really want to be original and think of a better comp than Jimmer, but...
