OP clearly didn't want him to be a bust when he made this thread; once he saw his play in the league he redacted his statement about Trae being the league's next superstar - that doesn't mean he wanted Trae to be a bust.

Why does the obvious need to be pointed out to you?

Hes only a rookie in the second month of the season how could he be a bust? @Darealtwo1 was one of Trae's biggest supporter on this board (before he entered the league). He didn't want him to be bust. He just took back all the praise he gave Trae (he has a habit of doing this with other players) once he entered the league. If Trae ends up becoming a star he'll jump on the bandwagon again, "you fukking dunce".

I've since watched the game, and the funny thing is, after Squirrel the Casual Man tagged me (at that point of the game), Trae's play fell off a cliff, which led directly to the Hawks losing the game. And apart from a few good stretches where he was making the right plays (most of his assists simply came from him controlling the possessions, and his team making shots; only had a few good passes), his game wasn't impressive in the least. His play in this game was in theme with his play in almost every other game he's played this season, a few good plays mixed in with A LOT of bad decisions, and an overall lack of control/fluidity (which is largely down to him struggling with the size/length of the league) and understanding of what is going on.
