How Long After A Move Does It Take Your New Place To Feel Like "Home"?

Been in my crib for a few days now and it's dope as fukk. 880sq foot apt about 5-10 mins away from everything but man i miss the fukk out my old apartment

Actually thought about saying fukk it and moving back then i met this bad ass chick at the hospital, so i said fukk that idea.

I just hate that it doesn't smell like home yet, bathroom doesn't feel like "my" bathroom yet, and this weather some shyt

Think i'm about to get a personal designer to come in and help me set some stuff up

Wife is pregnant so it took awhile to get stuff unpacked which probably made it take longer, plus real talk its a pretty big place which I'm not used to. We got 3 floors to occupy so it feels empty at times. But it usually just takes getting familiar with the spot

It will take time for you to get used to a new place after moving. Some people longer than others. Try decorating it. Probably something similar to how your old place looked. Something to give it that warm feeling. When I moved, I would set things up the way I liked and get my incense going and oils burning. Even try getting ideas from the girl you met.
