It’s hard to be a very successful young entity who is considered to be amongst the best in your particular field and NOT fall victim to cockiness/arrogance.
Being humble just means that you come off as thankful for your blessings and a little more “relateable” to the average joe. Most people will give you points for that.
Not saying you SHOULD be one way or the other. But it takes a special type of charisma to boast about how great you are and NOT come off a little annoying. The best example would be Ali. He was boastful, proud, and cocky but he was the people’s champ and we (black people) loved him because he used that confidence to enhance pride in being Young, Gifted, and Black. Ali used his status to STAND for something.
