In DC, 40 is the new 20, when your single or divorced. Especially when they have no kids or kids are older. These older single cougars and trickdaddies go to probably 3 or 4 happy hours a week and on Fridays staying until the Happy Hours turns into the club. Saturdays go to dinner than to the club. :smh: I beginning to think being 40 and living a lone is miserable. These older people hate staying home.

Yeah, the older people are partying harder than any previous generation. Excess money to buy cars and vacations and all that. Cats still aspire to pop bottles in the clubs and all that shyt when they have grey hair visible.

realistically how long can a person live vicariously through someone like the weeknd and live the party lifestyle? until youre just old, creepy and strung out?

is 30 a good age to hang it up? after college? or is it still cool to hit the club scene every week throughout your 30's and 40's?

The oldest dude I know that does it every day is like 37. Dude looks no older than 29, though.

You people don't get tired of doing the same shyt everyday?

Still clubbing and living in the same area in your mid to late 30's or early 40's?

get a PASSPORT and TRAVEL. LIVE LIFE AND ENJOY ALL THAT THERE IS OUT THERE. CLUBS ARE :camby: AFTER 24-25 IMO.

Don't be the lame that is still in the club with your :flabbynsick: one-liners trying to add girls to your facebook

In my country they say "Mezi lajan ou. Mezi wanga ou"

Which loosely translates to "Your enchantment only lasts as long as your money lasts". So basically your party can only keep going as long as your money keeps flowing.

I'm 32 and I can only do this once in a while. Its not like I can't , I just have better things to do with my time and money . I still hit up spots once in a while.

There's a Nigerian dude at my job who does this shyt every weekend. He's turning 40 this year :mindblown:

It depends on the city. You stay in a well off area in the city and the party never really stops and there are a ton of swanky places for people in their 30's and 40's that's caters to a white collar, adult professional market. There are even clubs in New York that cater to 30+ crowd specifically.
:patrice:

In the south, you're ass starts to look like a complete bum when you're still clubbing well into your 30's and your 40's. Usually the clubs are meant for young ass teens and college students looking to get shytfaced. Most people simply drink wine or something else over their friends house at get togethers. You start to look basic as hell going to clubs in your 30s.

I knew this white girl that graduated with me. She was a white girl with a rich ass lawyer for a dad(She legit lives in a mansion up North, first legitimate rich kid I ever met before in my life) and she got shyt faced ALL THE TIME but still was able to keep almost consistent straight As and high Bs. She graduated last year but she still parties hard and since her dad had all of those connects, she pretty much had a well paying job right after she got out of college.

As a DJ, I realized that it never really ends for many people……I've seen 40 year olds in the club regularly. One of the biggest party promoters in Philly is easily in his mid 40s. lol shyt, to be honest a DJ doesn't normally reach his or her prime until they're like 35.

It sounds crazy if you came from a background (like me) where your parents didn't go to clubs and actually lived life as if they had a family (help kids with homework, cook dinner, drive kids to after school events) but many parents are just out getting their party on. It fukked me up when I got out of college and started doing more 21 and up events and saw some of the people who are in the club regularly. Talked to some of the women & realized they had multiple kids at home. Bartenders who club regularly, multiple kids. It's a crazy world that I knew nothing about until I started becoming a prominent DJ in my city. It all started to make sense when I realized DJs have residencies and normally it's the same muthafukkas coming to the club every week sprinkled in with random different people who don't go to the club every week.

You lawyers and wall street guys are clubbing, bar hopping weekly just because of the pressure and hard work.

Don't let you be in the entertainment industry….Sheeittt…. nikkas partying for the rest of their lives.

and even when the "Party" lifestyle ends, you still have people who hit bars all the time….
