man, I replaced all four brake pads on my whip last night on my own. that shyt took like 3 hours. mainly cuz I had to use the shytty jack that comes in my trunk, and I had no stands or power tools. then the screws holding the calipers on were on there tight as hell. then when I finally finished, I was testing them around the block and the wheel lock was still on the wheel and fell off while driving. so I had to circle the block and alley til I found it lying in the grass
then I heard a weard grinding noise on one of my back wheels. turns out, I put one of the pads in backwards. it was like 1230 am at the time, and I was tired as hell. so I had to take that caliper apart and flip the pad over
. after all that, it's been all good tho.

You should invest in a jack & some stands. Jacking up the car and taking off the wheels takes the most time, especially if you only have the regular jack. Next time it'll take you much less time though.
