How long can you focus on something without being distracted?

Remote workers: how long can you work on your pc before you go on the coli or watch some YouTube?


Students: how long can you study without having to get up and do something or be distracted by your phone or TV?


For me it’s 2 hours sadly but I’m trying to improve it to a full 4
