I do this at home.
My warm up in gym is 100 V/standing crunches with added weight of 40lbs added on.
50 sitting crunches 110-160lbs
80-100 Russian twists set 1-3 ranging from 120-160 per set.
Maybe that’s nothing but it’s my warm up every time at gym.
After that I go work whatever I’m targeting for the workout.


...are these better than pushups?
