Depression is real. It can happen to anyone of any walk of life. Some people actually are clinically depressed, but it can happen without a diagnosis. All it takes is for you to enter a state of mind at which you feel sad and sink deeper until you don't feel any hope that it will get better. At worst, you don't see a future or at least a happy future. Those thoughts and feelings can lead to suicide.

I literally stop posting about it and kept it to myself once it became this worldwide trend
