i dont understand the point of being engaged whatsoever.

if you're dumb enough to get married to begin with, then just start planning a wedding/future with the girl.

there are 4 phases to a relationship. they are, in order, "some bytch im fukkin" to "the only bytch im fukkin" to "wife" and finally, "some bytch i used to fukk"

No more than 1 year. To me an engagement means you're about to be married. If you need 1+ year then you shouldn't be engaged and just stay boyfriend/girlfriend
