No but I am pretty anti-social. I dont fukk with people I dont know well
But I can still talk to anybody. Social anxiety is just mental. Learn how to interact with people and youre good. Generally, I deal with it just by being nice to people because deep down I dont like most people so instead of focusing on the negatives I think about the positives.
Doesnt mean I want to be their friends, Im just generally cool/friendly to people is how I tend to interact with them
