@Ghost Utmost, I don't mind the current job and I actually enjoy it. But, I want more in terms of income potential. I want to climb the ladder and become financially successful and be able to provide for myself, take care of a future family if I decide to have one, etc. I want more than just a minimum wage job but I have to start somewhere.

I don't think I can jumb ship for a better job since I tried for a year to find a job after graduating and just landed this one.

I want a "real" job like you mentioned.

You really need to be looking all the time if you want something different.

So just do it. Make it into a daily habit. Grab a newspaper every morning, fill out 1 app per day at other restaurants for server or bartender or some shyt. Whatever is paying more than you're making.

See if you can get into a desk job. Customer service or something.

6 more months as a waiter. That will get you in a good position. Your credit is probably bad from the loan situation so you'll have to save up probably 3-6 months of rent to get an apartment depending on where you want to live.

He's caught in a catch 22 he doesn't have money to pay to complete the degree and plus he has previous existing debt

Thanks, appreciate it. After 6 months as a waiter what do you think would be the best job I could acquire from there? I admire all of your success you have achieved in your life.

If I can get a job as a bartender/server how long should i stay with it before moving to Atlanta?

I don't get what you are getting at with your second point, could you elaborate?

If there's any game and business savvy to be soaked up, do it. After that be prepared to bounce.

:what: why the fukk are you cacs always pushing drugs on people?
dude said he has severe social anxiety, and it would be nice if you could wish that shyt away, but....:yeshrug: you cant. they make that shyt for a reason. im not advocating dude turn into a fukkin addict, breh, but he clealry needs to rearrange those chemicals a lil

he could always stop beating his dikk 5 times a day too. i think a combo of the two would do him wonders :skip:

it sounds like you're going thru a lotta rough shyt and i think that something that took the edge off of your social anxiety for a while would be one less thing to worry about. make you a little more confident at a retail job, interviews, etc

i have it myself. and every month, i end with more pills than they gave me. i dont take it every day. i take it a few times a week to relax, and it doesnt cause me any problems. so when i recommend it, thats where im coming from

6 months is said to be the minimum but for a corporate job i'd say at least a year especially if you at the beginning of your career
