How long should you keep your main sofa?

If buy good quality you can keep it forever just gotta get it reupholstered from time to time. This is if you bought a timeless style though. I saw arabs selling a couch with a speaker built in and lights up. That’ll age badly like dvd players in cars and tvs in head rests

I plan to keep mine for as long as possible I have 4 sets to go with the seasons so I just rotate them out so they don’t get worn down.
But if you only have 1 and they’re heavily used I say after 7 years it’s definitely time for a new couch. Lol

There is no set date or time period on this stuff its based on usage and how clean it still is, if you keep it tidy and regularly clean it out, then i see no reason to sell it at the very least give it to charity or the homeless

When you are fresh out the shower, sit down in it to put on some lotion while toweled up (pause imo) and get a whole whiff of strait ass

Your wife probably just wants to update the style of couch. Unfortunately, putting aesthetics aside, to get the same quality of couch that you bought 7 years ago, it's going to cost you a lot more than you paid 7 years ago.
