A lot of you sound resentful as all hell. It's always the extreme. You're telling me this 23 year old won't improve? I don't see the guy ever becoming a perennial all star in this league, but to suggest that he's done and doesn't even have a shot at becoming a serviceable 12-15/5 type of guard makes you sound bitter, and incredibly foolish. He showed the league that he could play. Now it's up to him to adapt to the defense. He may never give a squad like the Lakers 40 again, but he's 23. He has time to adjust and earn his keep in this league. Get real.

All I have to say is this, Knick fans and Lin apologists need to get the fukk out of here with that "he was basically a rookie" shyt. I have never heard anyone say that in basketball about any player who was in the NBA for a full season, but just didn't get to start. It's their way of excusing a lot of his fukk ups and flaws. Say he is a young player, but this is "he was a rookie" shyt is something made up especially for Lin. Kobe didn't play much his first year, no one was running around saying he's basically a rookie his second year. As a matter of fact, I've never heard anyone referred to as a rookie just because they didn't play much their first year. The exception is obviously a guy like Blake who misses an entire year due to injury.
