After what we saw its gonna be a battle to get him sanctioned to fight anyone with any kinda experience so they'd have to work again to sign someone just to fight him. I think UFC just wanted to get the one fight, kinda like James Toney.

Who says he has to fight anyone with a lot of experience? If anything Dana and the new owners might just pair with whatever new guy comes along for each fight. Im not even sure what the terms of the UFC deal were anyway but its a win win situation for the company either way

Bruh I'm watching the press conference right now and this dude looking like martin

He also DID cry and said "he could get cut" at any moment. You guys need to realize that ufc fighters are contractors for that company. They get no benefits and any "contract" they sign can be terminated at any moment. Good luck to dude but I'm not sure where he goes from here. I said before the fight, "if he loses but survives deep into the rds then he'll be ok". Well, he lost and didn't survive shyt. He basically looked like me or you out there.....and his age is a HUGE factor in this. The irony of him getting wrestled to the ground can not be overlooked here guys :wow:

UFC hired Mickey Gall specifically to fight Punk. They also likely had to "convince" the state of Ohio to sanction the fight. I don't think he's worth that trouble a second time

:russ:

All jokes aside, the shade Joe Rogan and Danny White threw at Punk :dwillhuh:
and he thought Vince McMahon was something :ohhh:

I hope CM Punk gets rid of having this something to prove mindset because he almost got his ear ripped off tonight :wow:
but....sadly you know that chip on his shoulder just got bigger too :francis:

They got also got a guy in Gall whos new and can be built. Ultimatley the trouble Punk will be in the revenue he generates even to lose. They may send him to fight in a minor MMA company they have an affilitation but I think they sticking with him for a couple of more fights and they knew what happened tonight was gonna happen.

The UFC needs a D-league or a like a NXT type affiliation...

where the fukk my motherfukking breh @stro

I'm here. I almost felt bad for Punk if he hadn't been weirdly such a dikk for most of the hype for his Ultimate career. That fight was emasculating as fukk. You get the kudos for getting in there at all, but when you get absolutely STEAMROLLED after putting 2 years of work in, I'm sure he's going to be hiding in the rafters like Sting for a long time. That was the closest to a pro vs amateur UFC fight since 1994. And Gall is barely even a pro. Punk's camp saying this whole time that his ground game was the best part of his game, then him showing absolutely ZERO ground skill and Gall getting full mount with no resistance whatsoever was amazing.

I don't see him returning to WWE, since he left on his own terms and failed miserably, unlike Brock who left on his own terms and did exactly what the fukk he wanted and became a world wide star outside of WWE. When Dana is out there saying his next fight shouldn't be in UFC :russ:.

Punk had no business being in UFC. Dana knows it. Dana was just trying to pop a gate and buyrate. Not that he or UFC has ever had integrity, but shyt. The whole thing was an embarrassment to everyone involved.

Punk's too proud. I doubt we ever see him in WWE again, and if we do it'll be twenty years from now like Brett :pachaha:

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
I could honestly careless if he comes back or not. I think a return could pop my interest for a short time, but that would go away fast. As for him in UFC? He charged in like a dog chasing a car. Caught up to the car, had no idea what to do once he caught up, and then got run over. It's alright @CM Punk . You're still my Waffle House Champion....I'll take my waffles with chocolate chips and a side of eggs and bacon, please. :obama:
