For me it was '09 to '15, with a question mark in '11 and '15.

The hater in me didn't give him props until he won his first title but in retrospect I now consider 09 to be the first year he was the best. I consider Dirk better in 2011 and I'll probably consider Curry better this year barring a huge dropoff and/or LeBron going super saiyen in the playoffs. That's a great run right there, he's been in the debate for best in the league for about a decade now.

at this revisionist history of Bron being the best player in the game in 2009 & 2010 when he was the most clowned on player in the league. Bron got the MVP's, but after the finals, nobody had Bron>Kobe, especially on 2011 he was overall the best player, but after his 2011 finals performance, it was Dirk's seaaon. But, from 2011-2012 to 2014-2015, he was easily ahead of everyone else. Can make the case for Curry last year, but Bron had to do more for his team than Curry.
