Assuming you're already slim, download the "Six Pack in 30 days" app. It's really 90 days, 3 diff stages and you'll have to pay for full access but it's WORTH IT.

Double up on the exercises or do them twice a day an you'll see serious results ab-wise.


As for the arms... go to the gym or whatever :manny: I'm doing fine with push ups and chin ups tho

3 years with basic calisthenics
1 year with weighted calisthenics
1-2 years with regular lifting and progressive overloading

edit. he only does calisthenics and not even big. he 5'9 and 160 pounds.

Depends where you're starting from.

If you're that size and not toned. Probably 6 months. If you're 30% BF, probably a year with a strict diet and workout regimen. If you're skinnier, it depends on how you put on weight.
