Rose was one of several professional athletes asked the following question by ESPN the Magazine for its May 16 issue: "If 1 equals 'What are PEDs (Performance Enhancing Drugs)'? and 10 equals 'Everybody's Juicing' ... How big of an issue is illegal enhancing in your sport?"

In response, Rose said, "Seven. It's huge, and I think we need a level playing field, where nobody has that advantage over the next person."

source for this? I got some agendaizing to do in a groupchat

I think most know that PED's are probably very prevalent in the NBA just like in the other leagues but why no one pushes the issue is something i can't answer. But at this point if it's widely available to everyone is it really a big issue at this point? Not saying it's right or wrong to take them but it is what it is and is something they will never be able to completely stop.

To me, Chris Paul, D Wade and ESPECIALLY Lebron have without a doubt been using performance enhancing drugs...but I don’t think Bron gne get exposed til well after his playing career. The Lance Armstrong way

And let me not forget Kobe and that trip to Germany :mjpls:

because he is a skinny vegan with no muscle mass or athleticism.

:beli: nikka PEDs arent super soldier serum.

They boost your testosterone output which augments muscle growth (if putting on muscle is your goal) and also aid in muscle recovery. Brady takes amazing care of his body true. But many NFL players far more athletic than Brady complain about the pain/damage of hits in their mid to late 30s.....No diet or extreme stretching regime is going to speed up recovery after a NFL game.

Why would a QB need muscle mass? PEDs ain't just about looking big if that was the case why would cyclist take them? PEDS are more so used for recovery and endurance than just raw athleticism.

Because moreso than any other sport the NBA is a players league. The NBA has been smart about punishing players about things like PEDs and drug use. They know it's bad for business and the fans really don't care (well the fans can't care if they don't it even exists). The NHL is smart about it too. Don't think those crazy ass white boys don't be smoking weed, doing coke, and PEDs. Their league is just smart enough not to make a big fuss about it. It's only the dumbass NFL that's been on some hot shyt with it.
