I'd say find someone or somewhere you can open up to about it. TLR might not be the best place nowadays since there's posters who will just use it as ammo but I'm sure there are other good places for that.![]()
I'm not worried about anyone on here, ignore is just a few clicks away, but yeah if I could just push through the next 2 weeks I'll be considerably better but long term I'll try therapy but the therapist will have to check a TON of boxes
