How many actual CDs and LPs do you physically own?

Proud of most of them, but some (ODB - Trials and Tribulations of Russel Jones) I kept in a drawer and then threw in a fire.

Probably between 300-400 albums, I only buy new to support the artists otherwise it would be a lot more . I can definitely notice the quality difference between CDs and mp3s in my car.

i used to have about 500 cd's when i was 15 or so but after years of moving interstate, house break ins, lending to friends & other random shyt i lost all the good ones and had to start re buying. i've got about 20 right now i really need to start buying again just to have the collection

I jacked all my old records fom this chump roommate I had when he dipped to Atlanta without covering his portion of the rent. Took all his crates and his SP-1200 as payment and he did nothing. Mad old soul/jazz/rock/hip hop joints. Skull snaps, albino gorilla, all the axel rod stuff, Kool & the gang, crazy rock records with classic drums in Em.

I saw him years later downtown looking like Anthony Hamilton dressed like an okay player carrying a guitar. When I knew him used to look like and tell bytches he was Tek from Smif-n-Wessun.

i know i was big mel up until the year 2008 or so. every album was a surprise, but i'm not about that life anymore



i've got several hundred CDs (probably in the 300 range). nowadays i mostly buy used CDs a couple times a year and the occasional new release


my only regret is not buying superdope indie releases back in the day because i wasn't into copping them online. i shoulda woulda coulda bought below the heavens and a bunch of those albums. i also need to support more indie artists in general

Last week copped It's Dark And Hell Is Hot and Murda Muzik

Got hundreds more to go though to get what I had back

Have about 4 crates of records floating around and a few stacks of 45's, I still cop from time to time.
