If he wasn't concerned about sales or money, he'd drop a mixtape and put it on Livemixtapes or Datpiff for free, instead of putting it on itunes the same day as Future.

i think Pap is a rapper who respects legends and the idea of a legacy, and wants a place in the history of rap, and to do that you gotta drop albums, not mixtapes.
