Then look at (Some) of the rock bands they prop up.
There's almost always some stark contrast between the talent.
Rock bands can be interesting, eclectic, talented individuals
like a Tame Impala or Alt J while the rappers seem to be the
most vapid ass hats they can find on Sound cloud, some of which have
gotten burn on The Coli.

That tells me all I need to know about the staff at these publications.

It's like they purposely keep black people out of the equation on the journalistic side of things.

I can't believe once upon a time I wanted to work for one of these publications. Glad I didn't, they'd probably throw my resume in the trash.
