I floss. I didn't used to but once I started it changed my life I floss twice daily, brush in the AM and at night just rinse with mouthwash before bed because the dentist said I was an "overagressive brusher" and should only brush once per day....flossing is more impt.

I also whiten frequently and sometimes wear a retainer at night five years of braces I paid for this smile.....I have to maintain it flOSS nikkas
