On a normal day I eat about 1800-2000.
My diet consists of oatmeal, fruit, baked salmon, grilled chicken, Brown rice and veggies. I only drink water. But when I want to lose weight fast, I eat 1500 calories per day
I also burn 800 to 1000 calories per day at the gym
I do about 4 to 6 days at the gym each week
Next week Imma do the 1500 calorie a day diet to drop a quick 10 to 20 before the fall
