that wasn't an album for everyone
and it wasn't even finished, i don't even know if he made the tracklist

also East Coast and West Coast dudes was having Scarface on their tracks back in the day

Bruh, has a slow R&B track for the ladies with R.Kelly, he has his gutter tracks for his core fanbase, he has commercial tracks that are radio friendly, he's got a track with Bone for midwest fam, & he's got s track with Too Short for the west. If that's not a album for everyone I don't know what is

Last Day(The LOX and BIG, c'mon son), Sky's The Limit, nikkas Bleed, Long Kiss Goodnight, I love The Dough(how is a BIG/Jay track not a classic?) Nasty Boy are all classic. You've missed quite a few.

Miss U And Sky's The Limit Could Get A Nod

Always thought "Miss You" was an underrated "dedication" track......soulful hook, simple but proper beat, & the verses were (obviously) on point from the GOAT.........with 112 harmonizing under BIGs verses & then flawlessly blending it from the RnB adlibs to the chorus:ohlawd:. Personal classic for me

Yeah his flow on the track was perfect. You notice he did no adlibs on that track either

people are too quick to label something iconic if it comes from one of the bigger names. spread your horizons folks.

I'm seeing random songs that the hype machine couldn't even really make popular in real-time and stuff that was considered filler, being passed off as iconic on here now.

anyways, i'd say about 5. but you can say 10, because of how the album benefited from his death.

that song did not do that

you don't know what youre talking about at all, and i personally think notorious thugs is overrated.

underground? it got regular radio rotation & was #1 on countdowns despite not being an official single.
no influence? you know how many rappers had spinoffs to this song on their albums after this? and people are still sampling this song in some form, 19 years later.

No disrespect to LL but I don't know of too many people bumping his version nowadays

did it ever occur to you that maybe its because LL was before your peers' time, and most of them probably aren't even familiar with the song?

big's version was weak, btw.

I had the Walking With A Panther cassette back in the day & thought it was wack back then. A lot of my peers didn't like Goin Back to Cali or the beat. Jingling Baby was the best song on the album
