Em barely has any classic songs, I guess you can say Stan, Way I am but nothing else really comes to mind

0, 1 or 3 depending on my definition.
In the loose definition, as in the same definition where shyt like F&L, WTT, Trap Muzik, Stillmatic, American Gangster etc are classics I've got to say 3.
In the a bit stricter definition, where the lowest classic is an album like OB4CL2, Capital Punishment, Dogg Food etc.. I'd say 1 MMLP
And in the strictest where only Doggystyle, Illmatic, Paid in Full, Chronic and other albums that changed hiphop etc and are undeniable 5 mic albums are considered classics i'd say 0.

I feel like SSLP & MMLP are undeniably classic.

I'm not the biggest fan of TES..thats when he stopped using his old voice and started screaming..my favorite after MMLP is Relapse. I might even like Recovery and all that screaming more than TES..I just never got into that album...thought shyt like Til I Collapse was corny
