I use to just think people only ate McDonald's because it was cheap. My now the prices are high and the drive through will still be packed. Like why would you voluntarily eat that if you can buy something better at the same price.

Not a diet, just change in lifestyle change.


Its pretty much standard living of intermittent fasting (just skipping breakfast), higher protein intake, sleep (still fukked up), cutting out alcohol, meal prepping more, water purification and intake, green tea for energy, etc etc.


But I’ve never been a soda guy unless it’s in my drank. Fast food maybe like a couple times a month if I haven’t ate that day or out with people, etc.

Mcdonalds still is cheap to me. Most of the medium combos are around 10 bucks. Many spots the same meal is closer to 15 bucks.



With the app it's even cheaper and when you have points for free food :ahh:



Sometimes you can get a Quarter Pounder deluxe burger meal for under 10 bucks.
