Salary is great and all, but as you earn money you should start focusing on increasing your net worth. I know dudes who make 180 to 220 yearly, and because of all their debt they can't afford to miss work for more than a month.

Be smart with your money early in your career and your salary will just be icing on the cake as you get older.

Network TV pays breh. Gone for months at a time on location, Lots of shytty travel and they jobs are very demanding but in the end its worth it. I started in tv wanting to be an editor but realized some senior camera dudes was making 1200-1500 a day. Switched about 3 years ago.

nope. 90k. the good news is, my wife makes almost as much as I do ... and we live in the midwest, where housing is relatively inexpensive.

I don't think about money that much. but, that was kind of the plan.

I hit the 100 k about 4 years ago.

I'm 36 now

I cleared right at 120k last year and I'm on schedule to reach that if not more this year.


word to the wise we need more brothers and sisters in the oil and gas industry. If you have the desire to relocate, to the southern U.S., i.e. Texas, or South La there are plenty of opportunities to land god paying jobs.

last year hit 110k.. but got paid from two jobs...

80 for now..bonus included...

but about to get an interview for an 86k job with 15% bonus and overtime..
so i get that job.. i will be a legit 100k since in my field we do a decent amount of overtime.. like 5 hours a week paid 1.5 times your amount..
