I'll be honest I have 18 and I really only use 3-4 of them. I had a bad habit of getting cards and churning them a few years ago. I now will use them occasionally just to keep them open. I've had some get closed due to non-usage but oh well. My oldest card with Cap one is legit only open just because it's my oldest card and doesn't have a fee and only $500.

84K limit total between them.

you should get as many as possible to churn, i do it and it's basically free money, it's so low effort if you keep track of shyt in a spreadsheet. even if you're lazy with it you can easily make $2-3k a year just off churning and that's not even getting into all the other benefits and the rewards you get for actually using the cards.

I now will use them occasionally just to keep them open. I've had some get closed due to non-usage but oh well.

set aside one day every year where u buy groceries, go to the self checkout and put one item on each card

I only got 2 but I was researching and there's a online community dedicated to churning credit cards. I see some people with 20+ .

I might get into it myself, people are getting discounts on hotels, vacations, travel just by using credit card perks/points.

I haven't used a debit card in at least 5 yrs.

All the debt I took on moving from state to state and the subesequent pay off got me sitting @ 830.

I've still got a bit more to pay off so I'll def hit the max in the future.

Apparently they were use to dealing with entitled buyers with scores in the 300's and 400's

The most no bullshyt, smooth sailing experience I've ever had at a dealer ship.
