Yea, that Turkey and/or ham should be good for atleast a week if you keep it refrigerated. People mess up when they leave that stuff out overnight. Had to get on my cousin, because I came home and he still had some pork chops sitting on the stove not refrigerated. Man, you can’t leave pork sitting out like that.

It was that Mac and cheese that got him. All that milk and cheese. It’s either gone leave you with the bubble guts eating too much of it, or I could see how it could have you getting sick.

Three days and then it's to the freezer. But it's separate meals. Turkey, dressing, greens day 1. Ham, Mac n cheese, sweet potato pudding day 2. Some permutation of the first two days on day 3 and if anything is left it's freezer time.

But on a serious note, women in my family still cook like the whole family tree coming. I be like ma, it's only 4 of us here.
