i wouldnt say its plotting per se. sometimes u just spend alot of time with someone and your mind might wander, especially if we're both attractive people. ive had girl friends get frisky, but i just ignore it or downplay because i get whats going on. people get horny sometimes, have temptations, be lonely, etc.

idk, i feel like people put too much value on sex in general. if its not someone you're building with then its just sex. the paranoia of thinking its a plot is honestly a big part of what ruins the friendship too.

I have female coworkers that are also good friends (go to each other's houses, play cards/pool with the husbands etc).

It's rare to have female non-work friends because if y'all get along THAT well, it means you got chemistry and that will spark a situationship faster than anything.
