How many friends do you have?

Gotta 6 man group chat that everyone messages in everyday. Known each other since elementary and middle school.

Got a couple homegirls I text daily via Groupchat. They like my sisters, known them since high school.

Talk to my old college roommate about sports everyday damn near too.

Haven’t made a new friend/associate that’s not through another friend since college. I meet people who try and be friends at bars, but I already know those people are likely temporary, so I never try and pursuit it. I have enough friends tbh

friends dwindle over time. at this point i have 5 real close friends who talk daily, been friends for over 25 years now.

Damn, rip to all y'all within the next 20 years. The HP told me all of y'all eat unhealthyly, have been affected by nuclear radiation, and all have HEP C. Sorry you had to find out like this, but as GI Joe said, knowing is half the battle .

I have 5 close friends that I met in my 20s (weve spent a lot of quality time together and they are loyal) but it doesn't feel like enough anymore.

In our 30s/40s everyone priorities change to their kids. Schedules become harder to juggle. Time with friends gets cut short and I gotta settle for nights out with acquaintances who I don't like as much as my 5 close friends.

some are interchangeable......some I would never mix

but like "real friends" or whatever....like people I can trust bring around family etc prolly around 10.....the rest just serving a purpose
