How many here actually eat 3 meals a day?

I've always ate breakfast and dinner of course...but never lunch...even as a kid...when lunch time came at school, me and the homies was on some other shyt...I dont think I ever sat in the highschool cafeteria one time...thats carried over into adulthood, only eat twice a day. The most Honorable Elijah Muhammad recommends eating only once a day. I admit Im not there yet.

Breakfast is a chore cause I hate breakfast foods other than bacon, but I usually eat 4 meals a day plus a protein shake.

I'm the other way around.

I eat lunch and dinner and no breakfast during the week. The only time I really get to eat breakfast is on the weekends.

I just can't eat really early in the morning...

On the flipside..I hear health nuts say your supposed to eat ever couple hours cause it helps your metabolism. Cant do that one either..

i pretty much eat all during the day, i'm a snacker. i probably only have about two or one meals a day

I can't eat 3 meals a day cuz I'd be fatter than I am. I am not the best at healthy eating but I can eat in moderation. I can eat a big greasy fast food meal and be good for the next 6-8 hours and if I do it in the middle of the day then all I need is something like a sandwich or some chips as my next meal to hold me down until I sleep.
