I’m around there too. That McDonalds on 8th ave might as well be a homeless shelter/hamsterdam. Cops do not give a shyt.

In DC I easily see as many as 10+ a day. It’s really rough out here for a lot of folks.

I'm in downtown San Diego area, you are talking dozens and dozens in drug blocks with nothing but fentanyl and meth in tents
Right next to the highest end condos in the city, it's a ironic contrast, because you have yuppies and kids in law school, and professionals, and me, getting coffee, and right next to that, is essentially retail drug dealing and people smoking a meth pipe in broad daylight.

I work right across the street. Went in there once, never again
was walking to this ramen spot last time I was out there. it wasn't as bad as LA, but that shyt was pretty bad. tents on both sides of the street.
its mad homeless people here in NYC, but its just something about the tents that is very different.
one dude was taking what I can only call a bum's bath complete with soap and a loofa right across from the restaurant, wild shyt

when I was commuting I'd see about an average of 5 a day
I see at least 4 daily 2 at the exit to the highway going to work and 2-3 in the area of where I work. 2 women and 3 guys.
I legitimately don’t know where the homeless folks I see come from at the highway exit but they are out there every day prework and post work looking for donations. But you don’t see them after 530 or so it’s like they go to a home or something.
I could be paranoid but I low key think this is their hustle they both have nice bikes and they are the only 2 I see.

Also, there's been an increase in just open hard drug usage
I've seen fiends shoot up or suck a glass dikk in broad daylight multiple times in the past few months
I have'nt seen that type of shyt since I was maybe 10 or 11 years old in BK
