How many hours of sleep are you getting a night.

Just curious how many hours sleep you be getting on a an average night.

I have been having horrible problems trying to get to sleep recently and been tired as fukk. I normally can't fall asleep until around 2 (fukk you internet) and then wake up at 8. By 3 in the afternoon I feel like I can't keep my eyes open. That is 6 hours of sleep which I guess is not bad what is everyone average amount.

on some depression sleep right now, get like 10/11 hours..but I wake up a lot in the middle of the night, and early morning and can't sleep for a an hour or so.

6 hours. Sometimes I wake up during the night though on and off.

depends if im drunk or not. last night I was drunk, got home at 4:30...woke up naturally at 9:30

regular day Im getting 7hrs

Varies a lot from day to day. I'd say anywhere from 4-8 hours.

But I make up for any deficits on the weekend.


I know all about the 3pm slump though...regardless of how much sleep I got, once it hits 2-3 I'm struggling to keep my eyes open.
