im like a bear, i get anywhere between 10-12 hours when i have nothing to do the following day. the days i have to wake up early, i come home, plan to take a nap, which eventually turns to just sleep.
With school, working, and training like 5 or 6 hours, but I think my body is used to it? Because I rarely am tired throughout the day. If its one of those times when I am dead tired, an hr nap and Im good. I have two days a week where I pretty much have a free schedule except for work in the later part of the day. Those days I usually sleep more.
