Dos. But I can read a bit of Portuguese and French depending on the content or at least get a general idea. Took French one year in high school. Wasn't any good at it. Maybe I should learn fully but I'm too old to be learning a new language now. Portuguese has some similarities to Spanish so whenever my co-worker posts something in Portuguese I can have a general understanding due to the similarities. I think Italian might be the same also.

Never too late to pick up a language, but yeah it gets more tiresome. French being a romance language there's a lot of stuff that's close to spanish and portuguese, same with italian. Problem with french prononciation and all the gramatical rules.

English and Igbo.
Honestly, I think it’s a requirement for every black person to speak their mothers tongue. :yeshrug:

I'm ashamed I don't speak mine (Sango, from Central African Republic). I know a couple words and simple phrases but that's about it :francis:

Did you grow up in an African country or somewhere in the Netherlands?

Actually have no relation to the Netherlands, I'm half-Belgian and my mom was Flemish, that's where the dutch comes from. She didn't teach it to me but I picked it up later, that's why my level is only average (good passive knowledge tho I would say).

I did live for 8 years in Central-African Republic (where my pops is from) but everyone spoke french to me and went to a french school. The classical "out-of-touch" mixed kid if you wish. That changed as I grew up but I had to leave when I was 15 due to political turmoil and whatnot. Didn't even realize I didn't speak the language until I got to Europe tbh, as strange as that may sound.
