Interestingly enough there is a MASSIVE difference between a guy who can fight and walks away simply because he doesn't wanna get fired or banned from a place he enjoys... Vs a guy who hasn't been in a fight since he was 10 or never in his life, talking about "I took the high road"...

The guy who can fight but walks away is not a coward, he simply calculated the risk/reward.... But if the setting was different, he'd throw hands.

The "walk away" guy is gonna walk away no matter what or where it happens.

Been in at least twenty fights but I don’t like getting punched in the face so unless I’m truly, truly mad I’m gonna let it go and not fight but once punches start being thrown, then I’m with it. I still regret not fighting this one dude. I let him talk sh*t without doing anything. He probably think he bytched me but I knew I was wrong because I took his girl and we were friends at the time so even if I fought him he probably would’ve have won since my heart wasn’t in it that day. But I ended up looking like a hoe and I don’t like that memory I wish he would’ve punched me so I would’ve been forced to fight him Just to keep it a bean on the fights I’ve lost. Once I tried to fight a nikka two years older than me in elementary school. He didn’t even punch me. Breh just mushed me face first to the ground Then in high school, I fought this one nikka. Came in ready to box and I lunged at him too quick. Breh gave me a Jin off Tekken kick. Felt like his leg went through my stomach. I was looking like Reggie Bush when he got folded in that gif. To this day I know not to lunge at people without watching what they doing with they feet because of him Most of the other nikkas I washed though

First of all, most people can't fight, they just think they can. If somebody lays a finger on you/loved ones or possesion in aggression, that's a green light to return a hook their way regardless of what people may say. I've only ever initiated a fight over words once, other than that, I can't remember a fight where I started the physical contact, and surprisingly enough, I never lost any of them.

I don’t think I’ve been in a situation where I was so heated that I allowed myself to lose mental control.

Fighting isn’t really worth it tbh.

I’m not trying to get arrested. I’ve always thought that as a breh if I get into a street fight the police are immediately arresting me and I’ll end up with a charge on my record.

I don’t frequent places where fighting or shootings take place and don’t carry aggressive energy. I've never ducked a fade, but I don't believe that a grown ass man should be fighting, especially men who are in their 30s and beyond...

My thoughts of men who duck fades vary depending on the circumstances..

From my understanding, street politics dictate that no street dude should turn down fades. That would result in a dp from his homies (which is a conversation in itself).

For civilians, fighting should only be done, if the man was attacked and said man is defending himself.

Other than that, a man need to decide if fighting is worth the consequences that comes with it. Is fighting worth losing one's job? Going to jail or prison? Getting sued? Being seriously hurt or killed? All of the above?

If it is, then handle one's business! If it isn't, then perhaps avoiding conflict may be the best option...

I have backed down plenty of times. A fight isn't a test to me. I fight to kill and nothing in the day to day rises to that. If I get swung on its a different story, life is forfeit at that point.
