How many of yall are on meds or even take meds when sick?

just curious. I take no meds and am happy about that. I'm pretty healthy. My father takes or took blood pressure pills and my brother, too. My mom take iron supplements

I've lived in the humid southeast FL and the cold ass NE ny .... for years and years... take ACV apple cider vinegar... take all the things i listed... u will build up a strong immune system... the effects are cummulative ... also theanine from black tea helps too..

The effects wear off if you stop taking it for 3-4 months tho... but once u take it for 1-3 months everday you'll be good.. you'll notice that you don't get sick no matter how many people are sick around you.

i gotta try that. I just used coconut oil for my skin...is it extra virgin coconut oil?

Started taking raw local honey in hopes I can be somewhat allergy free thus spring.

Took ACV,honey,and garlic when I had step throat. Helped a lot.
