I've been taking ACV everyday before breakfast

I will take raw honey for the spring soon

I take antibiotics before dental appointments, but thats only for my mitral valve prolapse...I'm also on birth control

Well I used to take Nyquil when I get a cold and put some Vicks on my neck.

But I seriously haven't been sick in years. Everyone in the entire house caught the flu except me. I was walking around virus free like

It does all that if you eat it? I been cookin with it and putting it in my hair and on my skin at times.

I take liquid iron, probiotics, and chewable multi vitamins.

I don't take anything when I'm sick or have a headache.
