I go to the dentist at least 2x a year for cleanings - putting aside any operations I may need

I didn't go the first five years i was working because i just was always too busy to think about it. Then when I finally got checked i had three cavities and one of them created a real problem cause it was between two teeth. They tried to fix it but it was too deep, led to all sorts of problems including a root canal.

Now I try to make sure i get a checkup and cleaning at least once a year. Now I haven't had a cavity in at least 8-10 years.
