My boys used to make sure they came to my crib on Fridays after school, and stayed around till my folks got home, cause they knew my pop always ordered us pizza on Fridays. They knew if they stuck around my dad and mom was gone make sure they got some.

If we all weren’t outside somewhere around the neighborhood, we were over someone’s house playing the 64 or PlayStation. Super smash bro tournaments used to be crazy as hell. Brehs knew not to touch Link. My guy lol

For me it was the Old School NES, the homie had one before anyone on the block!

Me and my friends used to have so much fun. Riding our bikes all over the community, pooling money together to get a cheese steak to share, just general running around. I remember we used to sit in my uncle's old car that no longer worked just to rest in btwn playing. One of the neighborhood boys sat in with us and fukking farted so bad he stunk up the whole car. Nasty nikka:scusthov:

Riding bikes to your friend’s house or the next neighborhood to get into fukkery, dunking on brehs on the 8 foot goal someone’s Pops set up on the driveway, going to the candy lady for a zip/huckabuck/frozen cup, playing this Lil made up football game where you had to catch the Hail Mary then you’re the QB, barely being inside all summer…

I miss those days and fantasize about reliving them and knowing what I know now.

Those were the days. Everybody had a bike. Football, basketball, water balloon fights running in and out the house to fill the balloons in the kitchen, went to the corner store to buy chips and quarter waters, manhunt at night. Riding a couple blocks over was like entering new territory with kids you didn’t know. I miss those days.

Its sad that this even has to be something of note to highlight, its time to lock up these violent criminals who have made peaceful days like these a rarity with all the senseless violence, black children deserve to be safe, lock up the goons and gang bangers!

Childhood :mjcry:

I lived in an active ass hood so it was a gang of kids outside everyday all summer.

You legit couldn’t get bored and IF you were inside, it was to play NBA Live or Golden Eye on N64.

If you weren’t allowed out for the day in the summer shyt felt like doing a bid :sadcam:
