Almond milk tasted like a damn milkshake and is full of sugar.

Only if you buy one with added sugar. Most brands have original, unsweetened, vanilla, chocolate, etc.

I make my own to avoid any ingredients beside almonds & water.

Unsweetened and Original taste awful though. Well they do to me. Vanilla tastes like a shake straight from McDonalds.

I haven't tasted the store bought stuff in a while and forget what it taste like.

The homemade stuff taste just like almonds. I typically don't flavor mine because of what I use it for. But I've made both vanilla & cacao. Both tasted exactly like what I expected, and I like those flavors.

But I've also been drinking non-cow milks for many years. I probably feel the same way about cow milk as you do about almond.

Thought about getting this at Whole Foods last saturday but didnt cuz it was like 6.99
I went with the chocolate almond milk in the carton instead.

It cost $4.49 at Whole foods. I ran into this at Pathmark of all places first. I was intrigued by the design and shape of the bottle since it made the content look so refreshing. Man that first sip felt like I sipped the essence of human vitality.
